UNDERSTANDING OUR WARRANTIES

All of our headlight assemblies come with a 36-month warranty covering all components, alongside a 12-month warranty on workmanship. We are committed to helping you troubleshoot any issues that can be resolved without needing to send the lights back. However, if it's necessary to return the lights for warranty evaluation, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to send them to us, while we will cover the return shipping expenses.

For warranty claims on components after the initial 12-month period from the time the lights leave our facility, there may be a labor fee for replacing the component. The component itself may still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

We provide warranty coverage for any Demoneye product at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline a warranty replacement for any specific item.

Please note that there is no warranty or coverage for the outer lenses of the headlights. If the lenses become oxidized or cracked, this is due to the manufacturing process, which is outside of our control. Customers will be required to cover shipping costs for any new lenses or labor associated with the current lenses.

Regarding condensation, there are various avenues through which moisture can enter a light, with the lens seal being just one possibility. We provide a 12-month warranty on the sealant of the lens, provided there is no damage or issues with the rear cap or the headlight itself. For lights that have been opened or resealed by anyone other than Circuit Demon, we do not guarantee against condensation.

If customers send products to us for installation, we cannot be held responsible for their warranty.

Should customers opt to have the lights installed by another business or individual, we will not cover any installation costs. If a warranty issue arises that necessitates the removal or reinstallation of the lights, we will not be liable for these expenses or for any refunds. Warranties are not transferable between customers.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom or complete headlights, tail lights, or related components.

In the event of order cancellations, we charge a 10% materials fee for pre-built headlights or a non-refundable deposit of $200 for custom headlight orders. This deposit can be used as store credit for future purchases.
